A fiber laser anneals metal. A diode laser burns and cuts. Same machine, completely different mark.
Stainless steel
Tumblers, tags, flasks, tools.
Mark: annealed dark grey. Dishwasher proof.
Bamboo
Cutting boards, coasters, signs.
Mark: burnt umber, sharpens as the board ages.
Slate
Coasters, cheese boards, plaques.
Mark: pale grey on near-black. Highest contrast we get.
Cast acrylic
Desk plates, awards, edge-lit signs.
Mark: frosted white, cut below the surface.
